The Premium Residency Center was founded in January 2019, per the Council of Ministers’ resolution, to draw in highly skilled individuals and investors to contribute to Saudi progress by offering them flexible options for housing, settlement, and work.

The holder of the Premium Residency card and his eligible family members obtain the right to reside in Saudi Arabia, and they can invest or work in Saudi Arabia, in addition to a group of other benefits.

This product is intended for investors looking to conduct business in Saudi.

• Holding an investment license
• Investing a minimum of SAR 7 million in economic activities in Saudi in accordance with the Investment Law, provided that the investment injection is proven during the first two years.

   • Holding an entrepreneur license from the Ministry of Investment.
   • Obtain a minimum of 400,000 SAR round/s as investment from an entity accredited by the Ministry of Investment.
   • Recommendation letter from the investment entity.
   • The applicant’s share in the company is not less than 20%.
3. 2nd Category
   • Holding an entrepreneur license from the Ministry of Investment.
   • Obtain a minimum of 15 Million SAR round/s as investment from an entity accredited by the Ministry of Investment.
   • Recommendation letter from the investment entity.
   • The applicant’s share in the start-up is not less than 10%.

4. Residency Duration

1st Category: A fixed-term residency for five years, renewable for one term upon continued adherence to eligibility standards of the 1st group, and a residency for 30 months in 5 years.

2nd Category: Permanent residency directly, conditioned on creating at least 10 jobs in the first year and at least 10 jobs in the second year.

This Product targets real estate owners in Saudi.

1- For Researchers, Healthcare, and Scientific Professionals

A- Researchers:

• Employment contract in whitelisted entities with priority specializations.
• Minimum Monthly wage of SAR 14,000.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• More than three years of work experience in a related field.
• Minimum score in the points system.
• Recommendation letter from the employer.
• A minimum of 3 researches in a related field.

B- Healthcare and Scientific Professionals:

• Employment contract in whitelisted entities with priority specializations.
• Minimum Monthly wage of 35,000 SAR.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• More than three years of work experience in a related field.
• Minimum score in the points system.
• Recommendation letter from the employer.

2- For Executives

• Employment contract for executives at the first or second level, with a total minimum monthly wage of 80,000 SAR.

B- Second Category:
